How can I leave customer feedback for an ECA?

When you buy a product from a TripleClicks ECA, you'll be asked to rate and review your purchase, as well as rate and review the merchant. This encourages ECAs to continue offering top-rated products and customer service.


NOTE: TripleClicks monitors ECA ratings and reviews to gauge their performance. Sub-par performance can result in the termination of an ECA account.
